The Terraces’ Mid-Autumn Festival was shining bright

The Terraces at Walnut’s recent Mid-Autumn Festival was a heartwarming celebration of community, highlighting the power of coming together. We are truly grateful to every homeowner, their loved ones, friends, and neighbors who joined us for this special day. The weather was perfect — bright and sunny — to make the most of our panoramic hilltop views. The joyful smiles and laughter we saw reminded us that luxury is about more than beautiful homes and amenities; it’s about creating wonderful memories together. It was a fun-filled day for guests of all ages, with delicious food and refreshments, including traditional mooncakes, food from local-favorite Wallace Chicken, a photobooth, carnival games, a giant balloon inflatable game, balloon animals, face painting, adventures at the newly opened playground, paper lantern crafts, and so much more. Stay tuned for even more events coming in 2026 and beyond at our distinctive master-planned community in friendly Walnut, CA.

A new place to play! Opening of a third park at The Terraces

Exciting news! A new park is now open at The Terraces. It’s part of the healthy, active, amenity-filled lifestyle that makes The Terraces a wonderful place to enjoy the sunshine, breathe some fresh air, and get some exercise right in our own gated community. The new park includes playground equipment and provides room for running, playing catch, picnicking, and more. It’s a perfect complement to the existing pathways that wind throughout the community to open spaces for walking, jogging, and nature. It adds to the plentiful ways to enjoy the outdoors throughout the city of Walnut.
